During quarantine, we have all been stuck inside for a bit too long, so join us for Yoga this summer! Yoga is an excellent way in which we can focusing on our breathing while moving our body. We will strive to do as much of our class outside in order to have the soundtrack of Nature guiding us. Take these minutes each week to pay attention to your body and clear your mind. This class will be tailored to all levels of experience. Even if you have never taken a yoga class before, this will be a great first step.
